TW 68 Technical White Oil.

TW68

The absence of unsaturated components results in a superior chemically stable product. Viscosity 68 cSt at 40C. Saturated Vapour Pressure at 20C 5 x 10-7 torr. Colour water white. Contains an oxidation inhibitor providing extended periods between oil changes. Colour straw yellow. May be used as a direct replacement Ultragrade 19 / 70 Leybold GS77.

Technical White Oils

Many of our customers use this as an alternative to Ultragrade 19 or similar oils. Duravac T.W. mechanical pump fluid provides superior resistance to chemical abuse when compared with conventional Hydrocarbon oils.

A fully saturated fluid free of cyclic and aromatic compounds providing the lowest pump ultimate when compared with oils of a similar viscosity. Best suited for applications where acids, alkali's and halogen gasses are employed.

TW 100 Technical White Oil.

As TW 68, but having a higher viscosity. Viscosity 100 cSt at 40˚C. Saturated Vapour Pressure at 20˚C 5 x 10-9 torr 

Equivalent grade to N62, P3,Ultragrade 20 and Busch VM100 and Leybold LVO 100. TW 100A. Same as TW100 but includes anti oxidant. Colour straw yellow.

DURAVAC 105

ROTARY/MECHANICAL PUMP OIL

A regular grade of vacuum oil suited to most applications when non-reactive gasses or vapour are being pumped.

Ultimate attainable vacuum using Duravac 105 will. Saturated Vapour Pressure at 20˚C 5 x 10-6 torr. Similar to Edwards™ 20 oil.

ES32

ROTARY/MECHANICAL PUMP OIL

Designed directly for customers using GS32 or LVO 120 as well as other equivalent grades.

This is a standard rotary or mechanical pump oil but with an above normal saturated vapour pressure characteristic to ensure optimum pump performance and pumping speeds.
